Common Ground is Higher Ground.

We’re building a relationship between everyone in Galveston County who fights poverty.

WHAT IS GALVESTON Cocare?

We are service providers, healthcare specialists, educational partners and religious organizations that work to ensure nobody falls through the cracks.

We're currently recruiting community members with lived experience to join our Community Advisory Board.

How do we help Galveston County?

“Our digital case management system allows service providers to connect with Galveston County residents then offer tailored assistance as those individuals navigate their personal pathway towards self-sustained living.”
